How do I get my Minecraft account back?

So my minecraft.net account was hacked around probably a year ago by now and I didn't get it back due to bad support on Minecraft's end and I was wondering since migration has ended and I know that he migrated it to a Microsoft account is there any way at all I can still get it back with proof that I'm the original owner? The name of the account was clxpped_skyes

Thank you for your consideration but I tried to contact the Xbox support and I can't find a good way to describe the problem. I also tried to contact the virtual agent but it cannot deal with the problem that I have.

I would but I have no idea what Microsoft account he linked it to, so all I really know is the old minecraft.net account information like the email, username, and password.

I am afraid that no one will be able to change your account email address except the owner or the person who have full access to it. What happened when you tried to use the hacker's email address in the recovery process?
