How do I get my Microsoft Account back? (both the email and password has been changed)

I see that you are saying that when you put your email in the ASCR website it says that it does not exist, that happens because the email associated with that account has been changed, which means that your MS account is now associated with another email.
I can see that you are making this forum in the "Xbox" help section, which means that you may have an Xbox device or an Xbox account.
If you have an Xbox device or an Xbox account, then you could give Xbox Support some of the information that you had on that account.
As long as you have the gamertag(Gamertag: It is the nickname associated with a profile in a gaming platform such as Xbox)
So you should contact Xbox support and tell them that you want your account back.

Both my email and passwords for Xbox have been change that I use for Microsoft can I please get info on how to retrieve a recovery code. I cannot receive your emails because my phone is also hacked. The sad truth is that when someone hacks an account and makes all the changes like email and password, it is almost impossible to gain access back.

If they are thorough with the changes then, you cannot get it back. What you can do is discuss with Microsoft because, with those changes, it is no longer what you can do for yourself. When you discuss with Microsoft see if they can aid you with access back.
