how do i get my lost games back

i had a digital only xbox one with alot of games it got black screen of death i fixed it broke again where i turned it on and it didn't even show a screen at all so i got a Xbox series s and i only got 4 games and a game i didnt even own i dont want this game i want all my other games but it says i have to rebuy them i even have the lost games progress and everything.

i had a digital Xbox before, i had all digital games and lost most of them

yes some of my in game purchases and the games i have currently but not the others even my skyrim anniversery upgrade is there but Skyrim and all my other games are gone

no i own one account although i own a separate pc Xbox account that has no games but i still got 4 of my games it confuses me because i also got a game i never owned and i guess i should mention the series s is a renewed one

i still have the achievements when i check my phone app connected to my previous console as i have two phones and i still have them in the app group when you press my games & apps after tapping the power button on my controller it just isn't purchased.
