How do I get my gamerscore back

so about 2 weeks ago my acount was suspended for someone altering my gamerscore on 360 and I 43000 legit gamerscore but after it was altered it went too 102000 which idk how but after my suspension I waited for my gamerscore is now 24000 and I’m banned
from the insiders program for something I didn’t even do.

How do I get my money back?

Microsoft has a no refund policy for all purchases. You need to monitor your son while he is using your console. There really isn't much for you to do.



I assume that the account he downloaded on was yours and not his own. But if there is a child account, you can make it so that account cannot make purchases:

You could also password protect your account so it will ask for your password every time you sign in:

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing-and-subscriptions/account-security/password-protect-account. This will not protect your account if it is already signed in though



Other than that, there isn't anything you can do. Just gotta be more careful next time.

If you're showing two accounts associated with your one outlook account, you would want to get in touch with
Phone Support for this. They would be best equipped to help you look into your account and get things sorted.

If you haven't already, you would go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. However, if the enforcement team upholds their decision, the gamerscore reset will stand. The only way to reearn those achievements would be to create a new account.
