How do I get my free 3 months of Gold from this deal

There is an ad on my xbox for buy 3 months xbox gold get 3 months free. The support people are telling me there is no current deal matching this but I have a clear picture of the advertisement on my end. I was told that my only option is to post in this
forum and that someone from the correct department will chime in.. Please help I do not want to think that I am being falsely advertised to and really need those free three months.

From 15th of January the promotion when you buy 3 months of gold membership and get 3 months of gold free is up. So I want to ask is this promotion region restricted? do I get 3 months free if I buy 3 month gold subscription? I live in Czech republic

subscription. Any possibility I can still get that 12 month deal or is it too late?

 

Once you click on the ad it should take you to a purchase page where you can purchase the 3 months. A code for the 3 free months should be sent to you via Live message within 2 weeks of the purchase.

Thanks for your post. Sometimes deal ads can become stuck on the dashboard even after the deal period is over. To correct this try a hard reset with the steps below.

1. Hold the power button down on the console for 10 seconds(while on)
2. After 10 seconds release the power button (console should be off)
3. Power on the console as normal

This should refresh the dashboard, to view the current information on pricing for Xbox Live Gold view the Microsoft Store. Here is a link:

Im having this same exact issue. I was told that it may be a regional promotion and that npthing can be done about it unless I have a screenshot. Unfortunately the promotional page wont appear for me now that I already purchased my subscription. I didn't
think of taking a screenshot because I didn't think this kind of thing would happen.

 

Sorry but if you advertise a deal it is on you to honor it. not my responsibility to correct! this is false advertisement and illegal so I expect to be compensated with the free 3 months or I will take this issue to a higher authority

Can you post the picture of the deal on here for us? As to some deals only show to certain customers. Like me I never see deals due to my sub always active.
