How do I get my fortnite cosmetics back after I switch consoles.

I got a new xbox and logged on to my account. When I logged on I went on to fortnite and all my in game cosmetics were gone. If you know how to fix this please tell me cause I spent like 200 dollars on the game.

I checked and I already had my account linked. Also when I log on I have the same epic games user name I had when my cosmetics were there. It's just my cosmetics didn't save or something.

Hello again, this is really strange, however, as the game is from Epic, even if you contact Microsoft's support they will not be able to vizalize the items of your game, it is ideal to contact EPIC's support.

Hello T4REK, It wasn't supposed to be that if you changed console but put the same account that played on the previous Xbox all game items should be there.

Make sure your Xbox account email is really used to bind to Epic Games.

Did you add the new one as an Alias?
