How do I get my DLC to download and be available in game if it's not automatically showing up?

I bought the Sea of Thieves 2025 Deluxe Edition, redeemed the code, and the DLC customizations aren't showing up in game. Customer support last night directed me to delete my profile and re-add it to the XBOX (Series X), which I did. Content still isn't showing up... Any ideas of how to resolve this?

Kindly make sure that the game edition is successfully redeemed under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once it is confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, please follow the steps below:

"Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon."

Make sure that they are installed.

Actually this is true, BUT now that I think about it, when I looked into downloading the game on my Xbox Series S, the lego DLC wasn't showing up as available either. It was only the base game and drift pack DLC available.

I think that all free dlc should automatically downlaoad with the game or show up In ready to install in manage game once you've downloaded it
