How do I get my code for my GTA 5 money code. I bought it online and I can't get the code....

I will try this if it does not work what do I do?

I would like to clarify, did you purchase it through Microsoft Store? If yes and you simply “buy” the game there is no code, it will be immediately added to your account. A game code will only be provided if you choose to “buy as a gift”.

If it was purchased directly from Microsoft Store there is no code, it will be immediately added to your account if the transaction is successful. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, if you can see the transaction from there stated as "completed", for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work we may need to wait within 24 hours and if it still isn't showing up after 24 hours reaching out to game support will be the last option.
