How do I get my account back?

My boyfriend has been logged out of his account since Friday 24th of May and the email associated with the account is his late father's as we haven't had the chance to change the information.

We were under the speculation that someone tried to get into the account as before the lock out there were emails about someone trying to log in and we didn't see it in time before we were locked out.

We no longer have access to the email.

He has had this account his whole life and we have done the recovery form since Friday and haven't received any emails regarding the status of the account. When we sign in it says: "please verify the account" but as we don't have access to the number his father provided as it was his cell number.

I have called and only got told to do the form again but I feel unheard as I kept explaining we are not receiving anything from the recovery form.

I would appreciate any help in this stressful time

Unfortunately, I think your only option is the account recovery form.

As you don’t recall the email address, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)

In cases like this, here in the public forums no one Microsoft agent or Mojang support can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies
