How do i get my account back?

Roughly over a year ago the account was hacked into and I was told to contact Microsoft support by the Minecraft support email). I stopped playing Minecraft a while back and was not bothered to email them due to COVID-19 dying down during the end of the month that year (June/July 2023). I, therefore, delayed the email. Just recently I have been trying to get into contact with Microsoft support but I have had no luck in receiving any response whatsoever. This has been a tedious process for me as Microsoft doesn't have any way of contacting them about this issue directly. Even a phone call function does not work because it keeps saying they are unable to process the request and I need to try again later.

The initial problem was being hacked during the migration of the Minecraft accounts from Mojang to Microsoft accounts. I was unable to do so successfully and thus my account was hacked and then I believe my account was taken. I had contacted Minecraft support multiple times already receiving the same response that

"I would love to assist with the account recovery but since the game is associated with a Microsoft account, I am unable to process it as I have no Microsoft management tools. "

I cannot reach microsoft through any support or contact us feature as of now,

after receiving help from Minecraft last year, my Microsoft account did have Minecraft but it was linked to a whole new account where I had to choose a new one and everything was almost as if I had just bought Minecraft. I thought it was because my account was full deleted but the account still exists in namemc and there is still data existing on servers.

Unfortunately, I think your only option is the account recovery form.

As you don’t recall the email address, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)

In cases like this, here in the public forums no one Microsoft agent or Mojang support can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies
