How do I get my account back?

Hello, I have been having a problem with my original Microsoft account for about the past year. I have been trying time and time again to access this account because it is connected to a lot of important things in my life, a lot of my accounts, and has a lot of important information. It also has thousands of dollars worth of games that I've bought on Xbox Live that I now no longer have access to, and I have no idea why because the only explination Microsoft gives as to why my account was locked is "suspicious activity". I do not know what that means.

I have filled out the account form over and over and over until my eyes bleed and I have spoken with countless support agents who all say the same thing, just fill out the form.

I have filled out the form, it has gotten me nowhere. There is no actual human I can talk to about this. It seems to me there is nowhere to go with this problem and no one that can help me access my account again. I am at my wits end with this and if I can't figure it out, I'm about to toss more than 5 grand in games out the window, sell my Xbox and PC and be done with videogames forever. That's a loss of a loyal, well paying customer and if Microsoft is okay with that, then I suppose I don't need to be doing buisness with then anyway.

I made this I was younger, with a fake age (because I was like 14), so I don't remember the age that I put in when I created the account. I have entered all of the other information correctly but I believe that to be the problem, however I'm not sure if that's it.

I have the ability to prove that I own the account, I have my credit card information, my address, my Xbox I.D. tag, etc. If I could just TALK to someone about this situation I feel like it could be resolved but there doesn't seem to be anyone on this website who actually wants to help.

Unfortunately, I think your only option is the account recovery form.

As you don’t recall the email address, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)

In cases like this, here in the public forums no one Microsoft agent or Mojang support can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies
