    How do I get my 50,000 reward points?


    There is a promotion going on at the moment for 50,000 reward points if you buy the new xbox one s from the Microsoft store.

    I done this during black Friday or maybe just before and am still waiting for the rewards.

    Been told by chat it should be with you with 15 days which it has been so they sent me this way to get help and resolve the problem.

    Can anyone help? It be much appreciated. Thanks

    it said i won 50,000 credits worth £40. but when i go to my rewards page it says there is nothing pending why is this?. i have screenshot of when i won so i got proof. or does it take time to update on my page?. If and when the credits get redeem, how do
    i spend the 50,000 rewards

    Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
    Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.
