how do i get my 4 xbox control pads fixed?

Basically anything besides the console, power supply, and Kinect adapters have a 90 day warranty on them.

If you call Xbox support they will just offer to sell you a new one and charge you shipping on them so would probably be cheaper to go to your local retail store and save the shipping cost.

The 360 controller is arguably my controller of choice this generation. However, I do have my concerns about the look of R1 and L1 on the Xbox One pad, they don't look at all good. I also have concerns about reaching the touchpad on the Dualshock 4 pad too.
However, on the whole I think both companies have made improvements to their respective pads. Looking foward to trying out the new force feedback triggers on the Xbox One pad, and also the myriad of improvements to the Dualshock 4. It's clear Microsoft didn't
need to do too much to the 360 pad and that it was Sony who needed to make the big improvements to their Dualshock pad. They certainly seem to have done that... but I'm still willing to bet I'll prefer the Xbox One pad, but maybe not by much this time.

I hated the D-Pad and battery pack on the Xbox 360 controller, so now that Microsoft have fixed the D-Pad and have the batteries built-in I prefer the Xbox One controller. It took me a while to get used to the analog sticks on
the Xbox One.

4 control pads, just wearing the damn things out I played far more games when I was a kid on my mega drive and never broke a control pad. .

My 4 controllers are fine although my Day One and the extra I bought the same day do feel "creaky" and there is definate movement in the casing. The two newwr pads (less than 3 months old) are solid and sturdy though.

To be honest, I prefer thse pads to the 360 pads.

Might just be me though.
