How do I get my 24 months of Gamepass?

Hi, first off thank you for reading this. I was gifted an Xbox Series X a few months ago by a relative. So I purchased gamepass for my console and its works great. However, I recently found out that my console was supposed to come with 24 months of gamepass. I asked my relative to reach out to best buy (The seller) to resolve it possibly. I also cannot locate the order number given that it has been quite some time. Best Buy stated that the Console did indeed come with the 24 months, and the code should have been presented upon setup. When I told them that it wasn't, they said to reach out to Microsoft to resolve the issue and get my code. However, Xbox is saying that Best buy should have given me the code. Please advise as to what I should do. I'm trying to not stress out my relative as they are elderly. Thank you again.

Oh and i did previously ask this question some months ago, I was just recently told to go to XBOX by Best buy.

You would need to find out if your relative signed up for All Access when they purchased the console. That involves signing up for a credit line to purchase the console and includes a 24 month subscription to Game Pass Ultimate. If they paid full price without signing up for All Access, the console would not come with a subscription. If they did sign up, then typically that means the serial number did not get entered in correctly for the subscription and they'd need to contact the credit card company that's in charge of the All Access plan.

For the All Access if you want to upgrade to Scarlett you will be on a 36 month contract. 12 months for X and 24 months for Scarlett. In my opinion the deal is worth it as you get GamePass Ultimate with it for the whole duration

The gamepass expired but I'm not on the 24 months gamepass plan I claimed. I've tried changing my location for the 'included with Xbox' option to show in settings but that doesn't work.

Were you aware of the promotion for existing gold/gamepass subscribers when converting to Ultimate? That is a good deal e.g. if you had 24 months of gold remaining you would get 24 months of Ultimate.
