    Hello,

    So I have now gone from Mojang support which sent me to Microsoft support which now sent me here to Xbox support, just to not be able to get any actual human to help (so now I am coming here in hopes someone out there can help). A year ago, I bought Minecraft on my computer (I do not know which versions specifically) and I used my old email to purchase/ set up my Minecraft account. Shortly after my identity was leaked through that email leading to hours of calls to get everything fixed. So, I had to shut down that email account and I have no longer access to it and cannot reactivate it because it has been longer than 30 days. I really just want to play Minecraft but cannot play because it's still associated with that old email. I do not have the money to pay for Minecraft again because I am a college student. PLEASE ANYONE, is there a way I can get the game transferred or gaming account transferred from my old email to my new one so that I once again can play Minecraft. OR is there a way I can get a code so I can download Minecraft (but with this I do not have my receipt of purchase due to no longer having access to my old email). PLEASE HELP I HAVE BEEN SENT TO 4 DIFFERENT WEBSITES NOW AND JUST WANNA PLAY MINECRAFT.

    Hello PEPP04, I'm sorry about what happened to your account and I see you've already been in contact with Xbox and Mojang support.

    If your Microsoft account had Minecraft registered to it you would have to attempt an account recovery with Xbox support.

    Unfortunately, here in the community we are independent consultants, so we do not have access to the same information and tools that support has.

    I bought Minecraft for Xbox one but…

    Ok so I found out that I didn’t buy the Minecraft in this account but on another. I switched from my Xbox 360 to my new Xbox One S. But this account got locked until like March 1st 2021 so I made a new one. With my sons name and my name. But I removed the account from the Xbox and signed in with the old one. But Minecraft still worked. So I deleted it. But when I wanted to redownload it. It wasn’t free. Also I forgot the username of the account and this account and the other one are both tied to the same email. Can I get the username back with the email?

    2 accounts, one email-address

    switched to another email address. Can log in fine with it but it's still the junk one. My other account isn't accessible on the old email address either, so back where i started pretty much.

    On the positive side of things - i'm down to #9 after 30 mins ;p
