    How do I get Minecraft back?


    I went to play Minecraft like I do every night, and when it was loading it popped up with error, and closed the application. I went to try it again and I couldn’t find it, now my ps4 is saying I don’t have Minecraft anymore and I must rebuy it. Even if I do what happens to all of my worlds i spent months, some of them, years on? I’m not paying for a game I already bought!

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Kindly verify your game purchase to your account by checking your Order history here: https://account.microsoft.com > Order history.

    Once you see the game there you should have the option to install the game.

    It is the games license that'll enable you to install and then play the game.

    To install the game once the license is verified, go to Store> Search for "Minecraft" and you should have the option to "Install"

    Hello again, yes, I understand but if the system shows that the pack has already been redeemed unfortunately it will not be possible to redeem it again.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    HelloAshton, the consoles that come with the Pack to be redeemed on the account, can only be redeemed once.

    If it was redeemed on your console in one account unfortunately it cannot be transferred to another.
