How do I get Kodi Matrix on Xbox?

Products that emulate a game system or game platform are not allowed on any device family.

Kodi is not emulator, I was running only Kodi from 8/18/2023.

How do you know for sure that it was Kodi specifically that got you banned?

Because they know what I was launched on my console, It was only re4 remake, pillars of eternity, persona 5 r, Starfield, and unofficial Kodi from 8/18/2023, but Kodi is not emulator from 10.13.10

What do you mean by "unofficial" kodi? Whats the difference between kodi and unofficial kodi?

Uninstalled Kodi. Re-enabled wifi on the Xbox. Works fine.

Tried Plex. Did not like how it's attached to having an account. Would like the server to be a bit more standalone. May try messing with Kodi again. Still no idea how the Xbox is receiving shutdown commands.

I was going through the Microsoft page for the Kodi download, It's showing that this is the Kodi v17.6 version of the app. You can always follow this next link to get to the

Kodi App. Once you select "Get" it should apply the app to your console.

Alternatively you can always check out the
Kodi Forums for more information if you are still unable to get the correct version you are looking for.
