How do I get Java to load?

When I recently bought Java and Bedrock edition, I expected to get them both. But, when I wanted to play Java, it said I didn't have it purchased and I had to buy it. So I tried to buy it again, but it said I already own it. It only says that I own Bedrock, but not Java. I was wondering what I could do to get it to work.

Oh my gosh, I just realized that I had it purchased on another account. Is there a way I can play on the account I meant to purchase it on? It was an honest mistake.

If it's not on your account order history, then it must be purchased from your other account. If you have multiple email addresses or accounts, kindly check them one by one through the Microsoft website. The order history is our proof that we owned/purchased a certain item to that particular account.

For Minecraft Java Edition, I am afraid that you need to use the account itself where you purchased the game. You could try to request for a refund. If it's going to be approved, then you can purchase it again from your main account. You can use the refund form below - just make sure to sign in the account where you purchased the game when filling out the refund form:

First, let’s confirm from your account if you’ve purchased the license successfully for Minecraft Java & Bedrock.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to check it and if it says “Completed”. To make sure that you’re checking the right Xbox profile for your games, go to https://account.xbox.com/Profile if it shows you your correct in-game username or gamertag.

If everything is correct, open your Xbox app and Microsoft Store. Make sure that you sign in the same account where you purchased the game. You must use the same account when logging in to your Minecraft Java Edition as well.

If that didn’t work, try to repair & reset your game or launcher. Or you could reinstall it.

So, I've tried the suggestions that you have put up, but none are working. I check my order history, it says I've never made a purchase in the past 3 months. I purchased the game but the result only gave me Bedrock edition. I uninstalled it and re-installed it. I repaired it first then reset. I've restarted my whole entire computer, but nothing has worked. I even made sure I was signed in on the same account on the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app. If this continues, what should I do?
