    I have been locked out of my account for about 2 years now tried everything they've asked to get back in, its never good enough, they're impossible to contact, they always asking for additional information on sign in, I have the correct details to get in but they won't let me. What can I do?

    Try to check all the accounts you have if they have any active subscriptions.

    Obtaining X-Box One Games through XBox Gold

    I have tried accessing it through the Games With Gold tile on the Xbox 360's main menu - that is how I have obtained these games in the past.

    You were correct that my payment information required updating - but after doing so I still have the same result, which is nothing happens when I try to select the XBox One games.
