    How do I get in touch with the XBOX people? What happened to my ORDER?


    I had a bluetooth problem with my xbox design lab controller and was unable to fix it after several attempts at different methods. So I applied for exchange and sent my XBOX controller via email instructions. (I got the support request number and also a tracking number from the delivery company and the state is delivered)

    But after 10 days of no news, I couldn't find any information about my controller in my miscrosoft account (I didn't enter my device in the account before while I'm still using it). xbox support chat didn't recognise my problem; I called the support team once but hung up without solving the problem and I can't call them anymore cause the options was gray out.

    I just want to know what's going on with my controller what do I have to do to find my controller? I need my controller.
