How do i get in contact with someone for xbox support when banned

Hey, Hundreds of others including I myself were banned in the same time frame for no reason and were all hit with the same thing, undefined suspension, no details, and an instantly denied appeal. I figured out that there was literally hackers mostly on GTA with a whole admin menu that could give these bans out to Xbox users for no reason. And those hackers were within the time frame when hundreds of people got banned for no reason. The issue with the hackers are resolved, us banned players are still suffering, please help

Nope as mentioned its the only method and anything else would.result.in harassment

There is a reason why it's only moderated methods of contact

Unmoderated would be spammed by few spammers to try and get their accounts back

You would never get thru as a result since you can't filter phonecalls

Fyi it's the only way via any online service including bliZZARD steam etc

did you ever figure something out? Same thing has happened to me and I have done actually nothing wrong. This whole thing is frustrating.

It looks like you already submitted an appeal and it was denied. There's is nothing else that can be done then. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and an appeal is the only way to contact them.
