How do i get in contact with a human?

My account was banned for a “gamerpic” while i was at work. To my knowledge i am the only one that has access to my xbox app, and could change that picture. My little brother was playing uno with some of his friends while the ban took place, i went thru his phone looking for the xbox app, but he very well couldve deleted it after the ban happend. The ban is indefinite, and they denied my appeal, i have no history with any suspensions. I have no way to contact anyone, or even any idea where to start, if someone could assist me, i realize I probably shouldn't have let him be on my account. Any assistance would be extremely helpful, thank you.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and submitting an appeal is the only way to contact them. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
Select the "Contact Us" button
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
