    I PURCHASED A "NO AD" SUBSCRIPTION. IT STOPPED WORKING YESTERDAY. IT IS VALID FOR 8 MORE MONTHS. TODAY, THE ENTIRE APP STOPPED WORKING!!!! I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT MICROSOFT, BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. FIRST, THEY SENT ME TO THE PHILLIPINES. NO HELP AT ALL! THEN THEY HAD ME FILL OUT FORMS THAT RESULTED IN NO HELP! NOW, THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR SUPPORT! REALLY? I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. BILL GATES - HIRE SOME AMERICANS TO HELP AMERICANS. YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY. AND, I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!

    You could set up DMZ on your router and see if that helps any. If you do not know how to set up DMZ I will be more than happy to look up how to for your router. Just remember, when setting up DMZ that particular IP will have zero security.
