How do i get help from Microsoft for my Xbox one account has been blocking me from sending ...

Hi there,

It was from Mojang, however they were unable to help and kept sending the same response of instructions on how to redeem the code. When I click redeem on my Mojang account, it directs me to the microsoft store which tells me the code has already been redeemed.

Somebody is following me that I never interacted with since I don't have xbox one. How do I remove him from my followers because he is sending me creepy messages also how do I block the follower thing

How can a send a live message? Do you mean an email message from my windows live ID account that has been affected or an Xbox live message from the affected account?

You've been here for how long, and you didn't once think to suggest blocking communications? Even if Microsoft were to do nothing about a filed complaint (I really don't know why people think that, as it has always worked for me),
blocking communication will prevent these people from sending messages and using in-game chat.

Both my email and passwords for Xbox have been change that I use for Microsoft can I please get info on how to retrieve a recovery code. I cannot receive your emails because my phone is also hacked. I can't Log in period. I'm the real user here and im completely blocked from my account because you require a sign in to access a chat service or phone call back. How do I get my account back? Please help?
