how do I get further support regarding a suspension?

The only way to reach Enforcement is through the case review. Once they review and make a decision that would be final unfortunately. They used to have a phone to contact but they were getting harassed to much so they ended that way of communication. I will
go ahead lock the thread as there is nothing more forums is able to do at this time.

Currently the enforcemnet team only give you one time case review so if they have rejected it then nothing else can be done.

Enforcement team only I'm afraid. Support won't be able to help with this.

Unfortunately outside of a case review I don't believe there's any other course of action. I understand it can very frustrating especially when you feel it was an unjust suspension.

As Njal mentioned this is not the way to handle it, This could actually result in more suspensions for you. Opening multiple threads is not allowed. Keep in mind that the same rules on Xbox Live apply here. Your only option is the Enforcement page. We've
