How do I get Fortnite Touch Controls to go away?

Yeah, I have been trying to get assistance on Xbox Help but they have given me nothing.

Also, I tried to get help through Epic Games but their email requests take forever to get a reply.

Same thing is happening to me. they will not go away no matter what i do
