    How do I get banned for a screenshot that under the details of the ban states no details?


    I got banned for 8 days. Have no idea how, haven’t taken a screenshot for more than 2 weeks. And none are appropriate. Very frustrating as the new cod has dropped and I can’t communicate with friends. My case has been under review for 3 days as I appealed it. Still nothing. Very annoyed.

    Xbox enforcement policy is unfair!

    I would suggest having him check enforcement.xbox.com as others have mentioned. It will give details as to why an account is suspended or banned. Under the "How do I?" Section there is an option on the left to request a Case Review.

    Hmm well, thanks for everything you've done so far! The most I can do right now is hope the violation list updates on the enforcement website and wait the penalty out. You helped a lot, thanks for everything! (Also I'll start reporting and blocking now instead of messing with bullies 😂)
