How do I get back onto a stolen Minecraft account?

My microsoft account was recently taken and i contacted support and they suspended my account indefinitely but when I was on a second account i noticed it said I was online and I would like to know if im able to get the minecraft account back because it seems like Microsoft accounts arent connected to minecraft ones even after the migration to microsoft whenever I attempt to contact support it gets stuck on someone will be with you shortly for hours until i close it.
