    How do I get back my Minecraft account?


    I had a laptop on which I purchased a copy of Minecraft, this laptop broke and I bought a desktop. I wanted to download Minecraft on my new desktop but I could not see it, I checked all the possible questions in the Microsoft forums and nothing seemed to help, I checked every possible email I could have bought it from, and again nothing worked. The only weird thing about the copy of Minecraft I had was (from what I remember) that it was bought using the same email my brother bought his copy, so I do not know how that worked or how it affects this.

    Thank you for your consideration but I tried to contact the Xbox support and I can't find a good way to describe the problem. I also tried to contact the virtual agent but it cannot deal with the problem that I have.

    I would but I have no idea what Microsoft account he linked it to, so all I really know is the old minecraft.net account information like the email, username, and password.

    I am afraid that no one will be able to change your account email address except the owner or the person who have full access to it. What happened when you tried to use the hacker's email address in the recovery process?
