How do I get back my lost account?

Hello

I have accidentally given access of my account to someone. I have clicked on a fake link in a discord serer where I had to give a code from e-mail but that code was actually a e-mail and password change security code that I instantly given out without checking. Afterwards my account got completely overtaken by this person. They later sent me my information and asked me for money in exchange for the account.

Now every time I try to connect with my email I am asked to put in a password for a different account.... I have tried Microsoft support but it hasn't been much help. I could provide ANY kind of information about the Account and every thing tied to it.

Hello Pascu, I’m really sorry to hear what happened. That’s an incredibly difficult situation to be in. I understand how upsetting it must be to lose access to your account like that.

If someone has taken over your Microsoft account, the only way to recover it is by filling out the Microsoft account recovery form:

When you do, include as much accurate information as you can. Even small details can help the recovery team verify ownership. It may take more than one attempt, so don’t be discouraged if the first try isn’t successful.

Please also be sure not to reply to any messages or emails about your account unless they are from official Microsoft sources. Especially from people asking for money. Microsoft will never request payment to restore an account. Be extra careful on Discord servers.

i had a digital Xbox before, i had all digital games and lost most of them

yes some of my in game purchases and the games i have currently but not the others even my skyrim anniversery upgrade is there but Skyrim and all my other games are gone

no i own one account although i own a separate pc Xbox account that has no games but i still got 4 of my games it confuses me because i also got a game i never owned and i guess i should mention the series s is a renewed one

i still have the achievements when i check my phone app connected to my previous console as i have two phones and i still have them in the app group when you press my games & apps after tapping the power button on my controller it just isn't purchased.
