How do i get back my account ?

I got a dm through discord that told me to join him in a tournament which brought me to a page that asked for me to verify my account and it looked really official not knowing they would take my email and password and take my account i then put in a request to epic to retrieve this compromised account showing them that i was connected through Xbox switch all my tag switches and i even have a map that i built that isn't published saved to my computer and they still can't retrieve my account and have blocked me from sending support requests after only sending 2

Is there a way to get my 300 dollars that i spent back this shouldn't be that hard to fix just change back the email that they took and the password i have all the details to show that i have the account.
