How do I get back into my profile on Series X

Hello,

Out of no where I wake up in the morning and I need to verify my identity even though I’m using the same Xbox I’ve always used, I’m at home where I have been using it the past year and on the same WiFi.

Sadly, I can’t verify my profile. It’s attached to an email that I had for a decade, which is also set up for 2 step verification and I don’t have the original phone number that’s tied to that email to get a code. I basically can’t do anything about this. Submitted a ticket to Xbox and provided my name and card info that’s on the account and I got an automated message saying I didn’t provide enough info and to try again, even though I know all the info is correct. I’m basically stuck not able to use my gamepass or play the games with the progress I have made. I basically have no way to verify who I am thru their automated process which is very frustrating.

I call Xbox and all the automation says is for me to do it online which I already did and doesn’t work. Is there anything I can do? Is there an actual human being I can speak with at Xbox and not robots or AI?
