How do I get back a disabled account

my sons account is gone. I tried recovery but it didn’t not work. Any suggestions

XBox One Privacy and Security Error

Sorry, I wasn't able to get back to this earlier. I was able to fix it by enabling everything on his account and then it took. I went back in and disabled the stuff I wanted disabled. Just a weird glitch I am guessing.

Suspended account

I posted before on behalf of my old account which has been disabled (flappy8turtle), a link was shared to help me try to get it back by pleading my case. Unfortunatly i did not get my account back and i was told to try again but i cannot try again because
when i tap on the link i get the same mesage i did before, your account has been disabled... or something like that message. Is there a way i can get my account enabled again, at least just enabled so i can try to get my account back?

Unfortunately, I think your only option is the account recovery form.

As you don’t recall the email address, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)
