Xbox consoles do not come with a user manual. The set-up process is simplified and there is often a step by step process. If in doubt or unsure about certain features the users are encouraged to use the Xbox
Support web page as there are many user guides and troubleshooting pages that are kept up to date.

Also there is the Set up your Xbox One console support page.
