how do i get any information from the refund team

i requested a refund for the new naruto game because it didn't have private servers to play with my friends, i requested the refund it was denied and was never given an email telling me it was even looked at or confirming that they denied it. they just did, now when i look to contact anyone from any part of the team i just get put into circles of go to the refund page look at the refund click request the refund get sent back to the beginning of the whole proccess. I've asked twitters Xbox support and called the customer support line both of which said they cant help me so how exactly are you supposed to get ahold of anyone from the refund team.

Actually, a refund is denied, you can appeal the decision by replying to the email Microsoft sent you.

If you’re not able to reply, or you didn’t receive the email, I suggest you submit the refund form below:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

You can obtain the order number for your purchase by looking at your order history:
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Furthermore, it is important to note that at the moment, the refund team can be contacted only through the form I shared above.

Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that is handling refund concerns and as much as I would love to provide more information it is not available for me.

In this case, you may need to reply to the email from the refund team in that way you can get more information.
