    How do I get an "Open NAT" on Windows 10/Xbox App?


    I have Port Forwarded all the Xbox Live Ports to my Surface 3 Tablets "Static IP Address". I have also entered all correct IPv4, IPv6, Subnet, Gateway, and DNS information under "Change Connection Properties". Yet, despite all that, I can only get a "Moderate"
    NAT Type on my Surface Tablet/Xbox App. I keep seeing MANY people with this exact same issue, yet no solution. Is there ANY way to get an Open NAT on Windows 10/Xbox App?

    After reading through here, it is recommended that the NAT type for both you and any friend or any person that you're attempting to connect to is an open NAT type for the best possible connection.

    We understand that you play on a Windows PC, and so we recommend that our
    Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10 displays “Teredo is unable to qualify”     support article is followed to attempt making the NAT
    type open on your PC.

    Try following this and feel free to let us know how this goes.
