I got the fortnite crew pack they took the money and I didn't get the pack not one item. The put the $19.16 back in my account as it says in my resent payments but the money is not there in my account I am very upset and want my refund in my account I feel as if I have been scammed I'm very disappointed

I'm sorry but that is incorrect. I have been renewing my membership on a month to month basis. I do not have a 12 month subscription. Please get this resolved. I will be very upset with Xbox if I get screwed out of my gems. I have been a loyal member. This

You're upset because your password actually gets changed or you just get the request? If it's changed, your account has been compromised, and others have posted how to deal with that.

I'm not upset, I've talked to people that had their accounts locked, Xbox 360s with hardware issues, and much more, are Xbox Ambassadors capable of helping out these people? No.

You think I'm the one upset? Those who are seeking for help are the ones actually upset, and in a way I am yes, because XA aren't real Microsoft members or neither qualified (since there isn't a way to fix their problematic issues).
