There choose the main category of the issue you have (for example Xbox One, Billing, Account etc.)

Should a box with a virtual agent show up, click on "No thanks..."

Then you get a selection of sub-topics. Choose the most appropriate topic from the list, or choose "Other".

At the bottom of the page should then appear several tiles, where you can chat with support, or request a callback (depending on the time of day in your country and the times of operation for the official support).

You can live chat with them from the link below. It's usually a short lead time.

I was chatting with them 2 days ago and the wait time was about 1 minute.

Not every option you choose will give you the option to chat. Choose billing, more topics, prepaid codes, more contact options and then you will see live chat.

Before sending it in try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. I have known it to fix this issue many many times. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of
the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.
