How do I get access to download MFS 2020?

I bought MFS 2020 and was having issues recently. I need to reload it but don't know

where to go get it back. When I go to Microsoft it gives me the option to buy the game. Is there a number to call to check the info on my account? I've made changes and my grandson may have done something to my account and I can't get back in. Who can I call?

At this time, this game is only available on PC. This is also a part of the Game Pass for PC.

There is currently no info regarding the release date for the Xbox One version of the game.

I tried to pre install the mfs 2020 with the xbox app.

It works, but there are only 12,8 MB files - so the big amount of 150 GB "are waiting" or not.

nobody can tell why "pre install" and what`s to do when 18 th august arrived and the full files has to be downloaded.

I am very disappointed of that
