how do i get aa shipping label from xbox,to get it fixed

i tried to do that the site wont let me

the site tells me its past warranty,it wont let me generate a service order,someone at xbox needs to chat with me because i am deaf

the issue is that all i need is a piece of paper with the information on it to send my xbox one s to be fixed,a nurse

spilled milk on it

May I ask what Xbox console you have? If it's out-of-warranty you can still create an order but there will be an extra charge. Without a service order, there will be no shipping order.

Let me guide you. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices, if your console is already added from there click on "start order", once done you can simply fill up the required information.
