How do i get a warranty replacement help when the warranty page is broken for my device?...

I've had 2 warranty replacements for an elite controller (series 2) and the ability for me to get another replacement isn't offered. My most recent replacement is a refurbished unit that was previously owned by someone who both ate while using the controller
(i had to clean unknown debris) and was most likely a fairly heavy smoker (the smell is embedded in the plastic). I'm not sure how these get refurbished but i'll roll the dice on try 3 to get a functioning controller that does not smell like it spent a few
years in my uncle's car as i have no ability to get a refund on it (we all have that uncle who smokes like a chimney - don't judge).

My thought is that my warranty for my original controller is accurate on the "my devices" page but when i use the check warranty page for the warranty replacement with a new serial number it says otherwise. Maybe the automated warranty service is tied to
that? I stumbled onto a way to contact a support person but that person hung up on me after they could not figure out how to complete a warranty return for this. You should work on your website if you expect it to replace support people...

side note for anyone who found this - I do not recommend for anyone to buy an elite controller as it's not at all worth the hassle to keep it functioning in comparison to far cheaper options. If you do purchase one, take better care because it will wind
up in someone else's hands when you ship it back for warranty replacement. Maybe they'll be nice and replace it with a new one for my trouble?
