How do I get a refund or correct produce?

I made a purchase for Minecraft and it was on wrong account, they refunded - no issues. Made a second purchase and on my daughters account but unable to find purchase in either mine or her history. How do I get a refund or correct produce? At this point I see a draw from my bank account but no product.

If the purchase is not listed here

It means it actually did not go through. Can you check with your bank to see if the charge was held for some reason?

You can check the status of your refund with the following steps:

2. Find the product. It will include the return and refund status.
3. If you see we've issued the refund, but the money hasn't been credited back to your payment provider, wait a few days. Depending on the bank, it can take a few days to process the refund.

Is your game updated to the latest version? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
