    How do I get a refund on a broken game?


    I've pre-order PAYDAY 2: CRIMEWAVE EDITION and since day one I've been getting this error "Unable to join game" whenever i tried to join a mission.

    I've tried every single day and i keep getting the same error, my NAT is even set to open and i keep getting the same error and honestly i don't really want to care about this *** game anymore and just want my refund so i can spend it on something
    else that deserve it.

    So How Do I Get a Refund

    This is ridiculous. I want a refund and I'm tired of dealing with products that are shipped out incomplete. What ever happened to making a quality product and not releasing it until it's ready. It's microsofts product and I want my refund thru them.

    I will go for a refund, the game is not good to be sold, resolution for ultrawide not working as it should, story progress stuck, some prismatic cores seem to not be extractable.

    I am done with Windows Store crap, only the free ones will be game if ever any interesting.

    It clearly states "no refunds" when you buy a digital game but obviously if the game is broken then you can get a refund or you can cancel a digital pre order.

    As it states no refunds how exactly are Microsoft thieving?

    It's when you start to abuse the refund system that you get a ban but the whole refund thing is a bit of a grey area.
