How do I get a refund on 2k21 preorder

I recently played the 2k21 beta and didn’t like what i saw and want to get a refund on my preorder. It said i could do so before it is released, so how do i do so?

I am trying to do the same! A simple switch and put in multiple refund request to just get them denied as if im asking for a refund. They dont really look at your request ! [mod removed] customer service. I talked to a rep that stated hes been dealing
with this since it came out and he would be able to help me just for my claim to get denied again !! I need answers ! We dont even own the preorder yet. I just want my mamba version for 2k21 current gen. They are the same price why not let is exchange it !
