How do I get a refund if my request was denied

I bought a game for £40 and played it one but it was very buggy and it kept crashing so I requested a refund but it was denied can I request another one?

i requested a refund for cyber punk 3 days ago and it was denied. now Microsoft decided to give full refunds for the game like ps4 did. when i try to get my money back it says refund was denied, how do i fix this problem..?!?

You can reply to the email you received denying the request to contact the refund specialists, but if it was denied there's no guarantee they'll change their minds.

Do I get any confirmation of refund request being sent? how long do I have to wait for a reply about the refund i dont know if they will deny it because of how late they got it

Same problem with me, Microsoft announced they will do refunds for it now but my request already got denied so what now and I don't know how to get in contact with anyone about this

so my 6 year old son ordered madden bypassing my password and i submitted a request for refund 2 hours later. I am concerned because i was told I cant get a digital refund because the game was played. This is wrong, I changed my password numerous
time and he always find out. Now my refund was denied, I noticed the game keeps freezing for no reason, How do i submit a new request after it was denied?

All you can really do is reply to the email you got saying the refund was denied, try and explain the situation and see if they will make an exception.
