how do i get a refund for my broken series x?

There is a way sir, sorry about your issue. Sign into you microsft account at microsoft.com go to devices and register your console there. After its locked in, click on it and requst a repair. After a serise of questions they'll email you a shipping lable.
Print it, slap it on a box, and drop it off at a UPS. It should be back to you in 14 days. Good luck buddy, sorry to hear that you got a brick.

Oh i see sorry for misunderstanding. Well if your retailer wont refund it then thats pretty shady. Xbox.com/help is supposed to be a place to receive calls back but no matter what you put in it says, we dont offer phone support for this problem. Others
find ways to get through, if you type in goggle xbox customer support youll find some numbers pop up and youll probably get through. I doubt they'll grant you a refund but worth a shot. A work around would be to send it in for repairs then sell it yourself.
Youll probably easily make a few hundred extra dollars on top of what you paid for it for all the trouble. People like me who ordered from the MS store are not set to receive our XBSX till Dec 23rd so in two weeks demand will still be high. Other than that,
id go back to your retailer and fire up a shtt storm as high as it will go to the District Manager, etc. Other than that you still can sell a repaired console like i said. Thats all i can think of, good luck.

K but my (broken) series x I bought brand new that you guys sent me isn’t available for refund or replacement. If you send me a broken console I should get either of those.

My internet speed is 1Gbps and my series x is plugged into the router via ethernet. But, My series x is only getting 200mbps with nobody on any devices and no games running in the background. Additionally, the latency on my series x never gets below 60ms whilst my other devices get as low as 9 ms. How do I fix this speed discrepancy on my series x.
