If you didn't authorize it how did a purchase get made? If it was from someone else I suggest putting a passkey on your account.

Keep in mind a certain criteria must be met for refunds and that you may not be eligible depending on how long it's been since the purchase was made.

So Microsoft are saying it has nothing to do with them, even though I did not authorize this payment, and that the skins have gone to a separate person ( not even the account that is getting charged>

O2 are saying it has nothing to do with them and wont repay the funds.

I request that you cancel the payment charge to 02 and refund this money.
