    How do I get a refund for a purchase I never made or downloaded?


    Someone hacked my account and bought a game using my payment info. I never downloaded it either. How do I get a refund?

    A little help with this would be nice.

    So How Do I Get a Refund

    This is ridiculous. I want a refund and I'm tired of dealing with products that are shipped out incomplete. What ever happened to making a quality product and not releasing it until it's ready. It's microsofts product and I want my refund thru them.

    Not sure how someone "hacked" you but anything to do with billing/refunds etc. then you need to contact support

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones who can deal with this.

    I never made these purchases.

    You can check on those purchases at billing.microsoft.com. If you feel that your account has been compromised you can call support to open an unauthorized access ticket. 1-800-4MY-XBOX in North America

    How do I get a refund on a purchase error

    Log in on xbox.com/refund with the account that was used to purchase the game. If it is listed, then select it and request the refund.
