How do I get a refund after 14 days?

I purchased Marvel's Avengers Deluxe Edition. It 'glitches' so I uninstalled and then reinstalled it. When I went back into the game it had reverted to the standard edition (no longer contained the deluxe content).

Microsoft say they don't refund after 14 days - however there is a problem with the game they sold me.

Has anyone had success in getting a refund after 14 days, and if so, how did you do it?

Deluxe stuff MUST be redownloaded

Thjs is why all.games with deluxes comes wjth codes for dlc you will have to goto the store page with the game and redownload the content unless the game has an ingamr store

Hi there.

Once you have an item for over 14 days - you no longer get a refund.

If you noticed an issue with the game, a refund should've been requested rather than attempting to solve it.

After 14 days, most purchases do not qualify for a refund. I am afraid that it will not be possible to receive a refund.

To be able to get a refund you would need to do it in the first 14 days after purchase, and have not played more than 2 hours.

You can refund on an item that is after 14 days by using https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/requestrefund. The refund is still decided by the refund team
though. You can't just automatically get it back, you have to do things first.
