    You should complete games for your own sense of achievement, not for anyone else.

    I guarantee no one cares how many games you have completed as much as you do.

    I think if they added small in-game rewards like cosmetics into even just first party xbox games that would be a nice incentive or they could do something like the Game Pass quests and give you a certain amount of reward credits if you complete a certain
    percent of the achievements in a game.
